Aggregator Hooks
Aggregator Hooks let the Uniswap app treat liquidity on another exchange as if it were a Uniswap pool.
Uniswap released them on Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain. A hook sits on a Uniswap v4 pool. When the router sends part of an order to that pool, the hook fills it on the other exchange and returns the tokens in the same transaction.
Harmonized registers every up. pool this way, so the Uniswap router sees up. as one more pool to split an order across. Routing to up. starts once Uniswap approves the hook.
What a launch does
up. is the native exchange on Robinhood Chain. Every Harmonized token gets a pool there and a pool on Uniswap v3.
Launch
One transaction creates the token and seeds both venues at the same price.
Align
A Uniswap v4 pool wraps the up. pool through an Aggregator Hook.
Route
The Uniswap app splits each trade across both venues, so buyers get the deeper, better price.
Alignment
Two pools for one token can drift apart. A large buy on up. moves its price but not Uniswap’s. Arbitrage closes the gap, and once routing is live, every split order pulls both pools back toward one price.
- Aligned
- Gap under 50 bps.
- Drifting
- Gap of 50 bps or more, still opening.
- Re-aligning
- Gap of 50 bps or more, closing.
Fees
- Uniswap v3
- 1%
- up.
- 1%
- Creator share of trading fees
- 50%
- Harmonized share of trading fees
- 50%
Both venues charge the same 1% fee, so a split order moves both pools by the same amount and leaves them at one price.
